Deposits
Bespoke cakes are made to order, so we take a deposit to book your date. The amount is shown on your quote before you pay.
Cancelling an order
14 days or more before your event: we refund your deposit, minus a £10 design fee. 3 to 13 days before: we keep the deposit, and you don't pay the balance. Less than 72 hours before: the full price is due — your cake is usually already being made. If we have to cancel: we refund everything you've paid.
Cancelling a shop order
Cancel 72 hours or more before your date: we refund everything you’ve paid. Cancel less than 72 hours before: no refund, as your order is usually already being made. If we have to cancel: we refund everything you’ve paid. This is because our cakes and treats are perishable and made to your order, so the 14-day cancellation right doesn’t apply (see our terms).
If something is wrong
Please contact us the same day with a photo so we can put it right.
