Who we are
Red Ribbon Bakers is a trading name of Fatemi Consultancy Ltd. Registered in England & Wales, company no. 10789818. We are a registered food business in Northolt, West London. Registered office: 9 Saltley House, Taywood Road, Northolt, UB5 6GX. Contact: hello@redribbonbakers.co.uk.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry or message we collect your name, email, phone number, event details and any photos you choose to upload. If you order from our shop we also collect your delivery address, or postal address for posted orders (or tell us you will collect), your delivery, collection or dispatch date, any discount code you use and any order notes you add. For posted orders we also keep the tracking number of your parcel. We do not collect card details — payments are handled by PayPal.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, prepare your order and contact you about it (contract / pre-contract). If you tick the marketing box we may email you about new bakes (consent — withdraw any time).
Reviews and photos on our website
Reviews you post publicly (for example on Google, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok) may be quoted on our website word for word, with the name as you posted it and a link to the original. A review you send us privately (by WhatsApp, email or in person) is only published if you agree, and shows only your first name and initial. Photos showing people are only used with their permission. To have your review or a photo removed, email us at the address under "Who we are" and we will remove it promptly.
Delivery addresses and order notes
We use your delivery or postal address and order notes only to deliver, post or hand over your order and to sort out any problem with it. They are kept with your order, like the rest of your order details, and are not used for marketing.
Photos you upload
Inspiration photos are stored privately and seen only by us.
Who we share it with
Our website host (Vercel), database (Neon), email provider (Resend), spam-protection service (Upstash) and, for orders, PayPal.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to marketing, by emailing hello@redribbonbakers.co.uk. You can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).
